Did you know you can host a wedding or renewal ceremony aboard a Disney Cruise Line ship or at Castaway Cay?
Onboard ceremonies are conducted on port days, and Atrium/Grand Hall ceremonies are limited to one per sailing. However, there are alternative onboard locations available for smaller wedding groups. Like Disney Parks wedding couples, Disney Cruise Line wedding couples are eligible to book a Disney Fine Art Photography park shoot in the Walt Disney Parks.

Disney Cruise Line wedding and renewal ceremony pricing, as of early 2025:
- Shipboard Non-atrium/non-upgraded location – $4000
- Shipboard Atrium – is “an upgrade option subject to additional fees” – $5000
- Rapunzel’s Place (Magic) and Tiana’s Place (Wonder) are “an upgrade option subject to additional fees” – $5000
- Castaway Cay – $6000
- Wedding Point on Castaway Cay – $6000
The arch at Wedding Point is “an upgrade option subject to additional fees” – total w/ upgrade $8000
These base prices include the couple and 18 guests, but you can celebrate with more friends and family by adding $20 per additional guest age three and older.
Pricing includes:
- A ceremony coordinator will coordinate your ceremony day events. You will have a shore-side rep and then a ship’s event CM, but you don’t work with the on-ship CM until you are on the ship. Until boarding, you work with a shore-side rep.
- Choice of personal fresh floral for the couple from a set list of options.
You may also opt to include floral for your bridal party, available at an additional cost. You can’t bring live flowers on the ship. - An officiant to perform the ceremony onboard the ship or on Castaway Cay.
*You will need to have the legal ceremony performed on land at home or in Florida before or after boarding due to Covid.* - Cake & Champagne Celebration onboard the ship, which includes a 2-tier wedding cake from their list of options, with a keepsake cake topper. Your wedding and cake celebration will last 1 hour total if you are in a non-upgraded location. One bottle of champagne is included for the toast.
- Pianist for the Ceremony and Cake & Champagne Celebration
- Dinner for the couple at Palo on the night of the ceremony
- Disney Cruise Line Commemorative Ceremony Certificate
- Steaming for the couple’s ceremony attire
- Keepsake engraved Cake Knife and Server set
- A $100.00 onboard stateroom credit for the wedding couple that may be used towards merchandise, spa treatments, port adventures, and other onboard activities. Any unused portions of this credit are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- For Castaway Cay ceremonies, round-trip island transportation is provided to and from the wedding venue.
You can add photography through Disney’s onboard photo team and book a Senses reservation for hair and makeup for additional costs.
